As a life coach, I have been trained to listen to you and hear what you are saying between your words, analyze your body language, and reflect the information to you in a gentle, empowering, understanding way. I can imagine you fulfilling your greatest potential even before you can imagine it. My job is to guide you down the path where you can embody that change for yourself. If I speak only 20% of the time during our session it is because it is so important to be in silence and listen while you are on your self-discovery journey.
