But, if you would like to have a different exercise routine we can set you up with a personal trainer. We work with a couple of different trainers to help meet the needs of our clients. It is important to work with a coach that listens to you and will work closely with you to improve your weekly activity. Exercise can be walking on a treadmill, doing sit-ups, lifting weights, boxing, or a combination of different activities.
