Physical activity can help improve your health and shorten the time it takes to lose weight. Physical activity  and exercise can have immediate health benefits and can even have long term health benefits. Exercise and losing weight can improve your quality of life.

Exercise Programs

Our weight loss program actually only requires approximately 30 minutes of extra walking per day. 

But, if you would like to have a different exercise routing we can set you up with a personal trainer.  We work with a couple different trainers to help meet the needs of our clients. It is important to work with a coach that listens to you and will work closely with you to improve your weekly activity.  Exercise can be walking on a  treadmill, doing sit ups, lifting weights, boxing or a number of a combination of different activities.
